VON Club Terms of Service

1. Membership Eligibility

Membership to VON Club is by invitation only. All membership applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. Membership is non-transferable and personal to the individual member.

2. Membership Obligations

Members agree to:

• Maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality
• Respect the privacy and anonymity of other members
• Conduct themselves in a manner befitting the exclusivity of VON Club
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide accurate information in all communications with VON Club

3. Services and Experiences

VON Club arranges exclusive experiences including but not limited to private villa rentals, yacht charters, private jet services, and curated events. All services are subject to availability and terms specific to each experience. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or substitute services as necessary.

4. Payment and Fees

Membership fees and service charges are communicated separately. All payments are due as specified in individual service agreements. We reserve the right to modify fees with appropriate notice to members.

5. Termination

VON Club reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for violation of these terms, breach of confidentiality, or conduct deemed inappropriate. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

VON Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from membership or use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for the specific service in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through confidential arbitration.
